Bee's journey with yoga began in 2018, deep in India, where she trained in Rishikesh and discovered that yoga was far more than movement — it was a gateway into the layers of the body, mind, and subtle energy. Her experience as an osteopath has profoundly deepened this practice, giving her an intimate understanding of how tension, trauma, and stress are stored not only in the muscles but also in the fascia and nervous system.

Through this unique perspective, Bee sees yoga as a tool to access and release these patterns, helping the body to clear, balance, and restore its natural flow of energy. Every movement, breath, and pause becomes an opportunity to reconnect with the body’s electric field, realign the nervous system, and create space for healing and regeneration.

Her teaching is rooted in the Hatha tradition, with a slower, restorative, and regenerative approach. She has also studied Ashtanga, which gifted her fluidity, strength, and awareness of the body’s capacity to move with power and grace. Studies in mindfulness, meditation, and conscious breathwork further inform her teaching, supporting mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Yoga practice with Bee blend these experiences — fluid yet grounded, strengthening yet restorative, always guided by awareness of the body’s innate wisdom.
