Bee Hart

Bee is the Founder and Owner of The Alchemy Practice, and the Principal Osteopath. Her work is rooted in osteopathy and informed by neuroscience, mindfulness, and embodied movement.

With Osteopathy being in her life for nearly seven years, Bee is passionate about applying the core philosophies of osteopathy while integrating ancient yogic, and evidence informed breath-based practices to support healing of the mind, body, and nervous system. Her approach is holistic, yet grounded, recognising that true health comes from connection — to the body, to awareness, and to daily life.

Bee’s path into healthcare was shaped by her own transformative journey through travel and personal healing. This experience inspired the creation of The Alchemy Practice — founded on the principle of turning challenge into growth, and supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions.

In her sessions, Bee focuses on creating a sense of safety within the nervous system, helping patients reconnect with their bodies through mindful treatment, movement, and breath. She also offers practical lifestyle guidance — including sleep, stress management, and breathing patterns — empowering patients to make small, sustainable changes beyond the treatment room.

Bee works with injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, headaches, postural imbalance, degenerative musculoskeletal conditions, and more. Her aim is to support long-term healing through thoughtful treatment, education, and nervous system support.

Stacey Lambert

Stacey is a warm, caring and deeply connective reflexologist whose practice is dedicated to supporting the whole person — not just alleviating symptoms, but creating space for true reset and restoration. Her intention with every treatment is to gently calm the nervous system, rebalance the body and help you return to a centred, steady heart.

At 47, and a mother to two grown boys, she brings both life experience and compassion to her practice. Wellbeing is woven into Stacey’s lifestyle.  She is passionate about nutrition and whole-body health, reflected not only in her practice but also in running a small local pressed juice business, Juicy Pedlar. Stacey lives an active outdoor life as a cyclist, runner and sea swimmer, and is currently studying Sports Massage Therapy to further deepen her understanding of the body and expand the ways she can support recovery and balance.

Stacey’s treatments are intentional, nurturing and holistic — a space to alleviate and support symptoms, soften, reconnect and rebalance.
