This 60-minute Reiki healing session offers a deeply restorative and ceremonial space to support energetic balance, nervous system regulation, and inner alignment. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice originating in the early 20th century, based on the understanding that a universal life force energy flows through all living beings. When this energy is depleted, blocked, or out of balance, it can contribute to physical tension, emotional overwhelm, and a sense of disconnection.
During the session, gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques are used to channel energy where it is most needed, supporting the body’s innate ability to return to harmony. Energetically, Reiki works to clear stagnation, soften protective patterns, and restore flow through the body’s energetic centres. This often allows the nervous system to settle, shifting you out of stress and into a state of deep rest.
Physically, people may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, heaviness, or lightness, as well as a profound sense of relaxation. Reflexology is a calm, restorative experience designed to support the whole body through the feet.
Your session will begin with a brief consultation to understand your overall wellbeing, lifestyle and any specific symptoms or areas that you would like support with. You’ll then be invited to lie back comfortably in a warm, peaceful space.
Using gentle, intentional pressure techniques on specific reflex points of the feet, the treatment works to calm the nervous system, improve circulation and encourage the body’s natural rebalancing processes. You may experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth or lightness during the session.
Reflexology is both nurturing and therapeutic — supporting stress relief, hormonal balance, sleep, digestion and overall wellbeing. After your treatment, you’ll have a few quiet moments to reorient, and gentle aftercare guidance will be offered where helpful.
The intention of each session is to create space for softening, reset and restoration — leaving you feeling centred, steady and reconnected.
