Yoga at The Alchemy Practice is offered in an intimate, cosy space, designed to feel welcoming and deeply relaxing. Weekly and monthly sessions are led by Bee and a small collective of practitioners, creating a gentle container for exploration, rest, and reconnection.

 

Bee’s teaching is rooted in her original training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in Rishikesh, India (2018), and has since evolved through continued study in meditation, mindfulness, and breath awareness. Her approach blends restorative, fascia-focused, meditative and embodied movement practices, inviting students to slow down and truly listen to their bodies.

 

Sessions encourage awareness of how movement affects interconnected structures within the body, while also exploring the energetic centres activated through breath and posture. This mindful approach supports nervous system regulation, improved body awareness, and more adaptive movement patterns.

 

Yoga is offered through small group classes and private sessions, with a strong emphasis on movement re-mapping — retraining the nervous system to move in ways that feel safer, more resilient and supportive of healing, particularly following injury. Each session is an invitation to move with intention, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection within the body.

Sunrise Yoga with Bee Hart - Fridays 7:30-8:30am

Begin your day grounded, clear and energised with a gentle but awakening sunrise flow. We’ll move through breath-led sequences to mobilise the body, build steady warmth and create space and freedom throughout the body and fascia network.

Each class weaves together conscious breathwork, fluid movement and a closing guided meditation to leave you focused, calm and ready for the day ahead.
